Our in-house digital print facility facilitates rapid turnaround projects – ranging from items feeding directly to the distribution floor to print-on-demand. Our designer can assist with file manipulation, “Canadianization” of materials or more involved concept work. Specialised and larger-scale jobs are coordinated with external print partners.
On-site Digital Print
DGN’s In-house digital print facility is postured for smaller volume, rapid turnaround projects. Items can be routed from customer desktops to our distribution lines in a matter of hours.
Comprehensive on-site bindery services include shrink-wrapping, drilling, trimming, folding, various forms of binding…allowing for complete control of print projects.
Offset Print Management
We work with several print houses for larger-format, higher-volume or specialised production. We’ll manage the project from print file through completion, combining with other materials produced in-house and coordinated with kitting or co-pack projects.
Stickers & Labels
A variety of stock is maintained in-house, used for kit and display labelling. Specialised labels, foils, die-cuts, core rolls (for use on production lines) and more are produced through specialist printers from art files we can create and supply.
Print on Demand
Print-on-demand files can be stored and printed as needed, providing an expedient and cost-effective means of replenishing inventory. This can be tied to low-inventory thresholds set on the DGN system, ensuring materials are never out of stock.
Distribution Project Coordination
Our print operations are designed to integrate with kitting, distribution and repack projects. Your project specialist will manage all aspects from print through to production floor, and onward to final destination.
Graphic Design
Our in-house design team can help you create your next project from scratch or assist in creating additional design collateral, utlizing existing brand assets while staying true to brand guidelines.
